About Castellucci & Associates, CPA

Mark Castellucci, MBA, CPA

Recognized nationally as a top tax expert, Mark Castellucci views continuing education as an absolute requirement for superior client service. His 30+ years as a professional provides a broad experience base and depth of knowledge for individuals and businesses. His impeccable ethics and accuracy create a solid foundation for client relationships, and he enjoys putting clients at ease, working together to create a comprehensive approach to taxes and other financial issues.

When Money Magazine tested tax professionals from across the nation in 1997, Castellucci took top honors as the “model tax pro,”* off from the publication’s final calculation by only $26, while the other professionals largely missed the mark both high and low. When Money wanted assistance with its 1998 tax test, Castellucci was selected to author the test.** Answers for Castellucci’s challenge were again all over the map, ranging from an underpayment of $3,000 to a gargantuan overpayment of $74,000. Commenting on his honors, Castellucci said “It was a major coup. None of the issues taken one at a time were particularly nasty, but the sheer number of them and the interplay made it tough.”

Becky Roseman, MBA, CPA

Becky has been practicing in the Davis area since her move from the Midwest in 1990. Her 30+ years of experience is concentrated in individual and business income tax. She feels it’s important to tailor services to suit individual clients’ needs and abilities. She values building and maintaining long-term client relationships in order to better serve clients, by helping them develop strategies that incorporate the long-range and non-tax picture as much as the immediate consequences. Her experience as a college accounting instructor gives her the ability to explain tax and accounting concepts to clients with no background in this area. She has worked with Mark since 1997.
